Completed the MBBS degree in 2000 from M.K.C.G Medical College in Berhampur, Orissa. Pursued DNB training in Pediatric Surgery from 2002 to 2007 at Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital in Pondicherry, earning the degree from the National Board of Examinations in 2008.
Subsequently, served as a Senior Resident at JIPMER, Pondicherry, where I independently managed various newborn emergencies, including conditions such as Tracheoesophageal Fistula (TEF) and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). I developed a keen interest in pediatric urology, leading me to undertake a fellowship in this specialty at Child Trust Hospital in Chennai from 2011 to 2012.
After completing the fellowship, I relocated to Hyderabad to work in a minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy) unit. Since August 2015, I have been practicing as an independent consultant at Anukura Children’s Hospital, with a particular focus on newborn surgeries, urological procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries in children.
