Dr. Jamir Arlikar serves as a Consultant in Paediatric Surgery and Paediatric Urology at Ankura Hospital. He earned his MBBS degree from the University of Amravati in 1999 and completed his postgraduate training at Sir JJ Group of Hospitals in Mumbai.
In 2014, he obtained Fellowships in Paediatric Trauma Surgery and Paediatric Surgery from the All Children’s Hospital at Johns Hopkins Medicine in the USA. With extensive experience, he has held numerous esteemed positions in the field of Paediatric Surgery both in the United States and India.
In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Jamir Arlikar was awarded the Shanti Talwar Scholarship by the Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons in 2012 and received the Karl-Storz Travel Fellowship in 2010.
He has a strong interest in Paediatric and Infant minimally invasive surgery, including single incision laparoscopic and advanced laparoscopic procedures, as well as foetal surgeries, paediatric urological reconstructive surgeries, and minimally invasive pectus excavatum repairs.
