Dr. Akheel Rizwan earned his MBBS degree from the University of Gulbarga in 2000 and subsequently completed his DCH at MR Medical College in Karnataka. Following his postgraduate studies, he furthered his education and training in the UK, achieving the MRCPCH (Member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, London).
Over his nine years in the UK, he gained extensive experience in various hospitals, focusing on higher specialist training in newborn and pediatric intensive care, in addition to general pediatrics.
Prior to his tenure at Rainbow Hospitals, Dr. Akheel Rizwan returned to India, where he worked at Manipal Hospital for two years.
He is currently a Consultant at Rainbow Hospital in Secunderabad, specializing in intensive care for critically ill newborns and children. He also possesses specialized training in pediatric and infant critical care transport.
