He has successfully performed more than 19,000 open heart surgeries, which encompass a wide range of procedures such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery, valve surgery using the port access approach (keyhole technique), closure of Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), carotid artery endarterectomy, treatment of aortic aneurysms, Extra Corporial Life Support (ECMO), cardiac arrhythmia surgery, total arterial revascularization, minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery on a beating heart, Bentall’s operation, Aortic arch and thoracic abdominal aortic repair, all yielding excellent outcomes.
