Dr. Suruchi Mandrekar is a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist with a strong focus on results. She holds advanced qualifications in Internal Medicine (DNB, FCPS) and Diabetes (Diploma in Diabetology), as well as expertise in Asthma, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience from various hospitals.
Currently, she serves as a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist at Apollo Clinic. Her previous roles include Consultant Physician, lecturer, and Co-investigator in Clinical Trials and Research in areas such as Chest Medicine, Diabetes, and Microbiology of Airways.
She has also led the development of critical care products for a prominent pharmaceutical company.
Throughout her career, Dr. Suruchi Mandrekar has provided care across multiple medical specialties, including Neurology, Rheumatology, Hematology, Cardiology, Nephrology, ICU, and Infectious Diseases. In recognition of her contributions, she received the “Young Scientist Award” at the European Respiratory Congress in Stockholm in 2007.
