Dr. Sasirekha Kumaran serves as the Medical Director of Jeevan Women Care Clinic, bringing over 13 years of clinical expertise to her practice. Her primary focus lies in the management of infertility in couples and high-risk obstetrics. Committed to providing comprehensive care for women, she established Jeevan Women Care Clinic in January 2011.
Dr. Sasirekha Kumaran is a highly skilled clinician, fertility specialist, sonologist, surgeon, obstetrician, and mother. She graduated from Coimbatore Medical College and subsequently completed her DGO and MD (OG) at Kilpauk Medical College and Stanley Medical College, respectively.
Additionally, Dr. Sasirekha Kumaran holds a DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr. Kumaran has been recognized with the Best Paper Award for her presentation on “Chorioangioma in Pregnancy” at the OGSSI Clinical Meet in 2006 and has also received accolades for her work on “Amnioinfusion in Pregnancy.” She is a life member of several professional organizations, including OGSSI, IMA, and TAPISAR. Furthermore, she practices as a visiting consultant at SIMS Vadapani, Sooriya Hospital, and various other hospitals in the city.
