Dr. Sanjiv Gupta completed his M.B.B.S and M.S and obtained his Post-Graduation in 1993 from M and J Institute of Ophthalmology, Civil Hospital Ahmedabad. He specializes in Phaco-emulsification (Stitchless Cataract Surgery) and Refractive surgery, with over a decade of experience in performing phaco-emulsification surgeries. Dr. Gupta received his training in Refractive surgery from Shankar Netralya, Chennai and Maxivision Laser Center Hyderabad. He previously served as an Associate Consultant in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital New-Delhi and is currently affiliated with Max healthcare as a Senior Consultant in Ophthalmology and Jaypee Hospital Noida as Additional Director of Department of Ophthalmology. In October 2007, he established i Care Centre, a Day Care Multi-speciality centre specializing in various eye surgeries. Dr. Gupta is actively involved in eye camps, school eye screening camps, public interactive sessions in elderly forums, and multinational companies. He also serves as the director of i Care Centre and is known for his passion for wildlife and sports, having been the Captain of his College Cricket Team.
