I serve as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Medicine at KEM Hospital and Sahyadri Speciality Hospital, Deccan. Since 2016, I have been running Lipid/Cholesterol clinics at Sahyadri Speciality Hospital and established Lipid Clinics at KEM Hospital in June 2019.
My journey in lipid management began with a Clinical Observership in May 2014, under the mentorship of Dr. Devaki Nair, Head of the Department and Clinical Lead in Clinical Biochemistry at Royal Free Hospital, London. During this observership, I participated in Lipid clinics, HIV Lipid clinics, and attended weekly seminars and lectures focused on Lipidology. – Participating in brainstorming sessions across various cities in India.
– Coordinating with expert cardiologists and endocrinologists.
– Delivering lectures at several association meetings.
