Dr. Rajendra Pol is a highly regarded Hematologist who completed his MBBS at Pune University in 1999. He obtained his MD in Medicine from the same institution in 2002. Following this, he moved to the United Kingdom, where he earned his MRCP in Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians in 2006.

In 2014, he achieved FRC Pathology-Hematology from the Royal College of Physicians in the U.K. Additionally, he completed a fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation from 2015 to 2016, fulfilling the BSBMT U.K. curriculum requirements.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Rajendra Pol has performed more than 1,500 autologous transplants, 500 allogeneic transplants (including donors from siblings, unrelated matches, umbilical cord, and haploidentical sources), and 55 CAR-T therapies. He gained specialized training in CAR-T Therapy in Manchester for one year.

Dr. Rajendra Pol is proficient in interpreting bone marrow biopsies and correlating them with minimal residual disease (MRD) and molecular studies for both pre- and post-allogeneic stem cell transplantation. His primary focus is on Bone Marrow and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.

He administers chemotherapy and has treated a range of bone marrow cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and bone marrow failures. Dr. Rajendra Pol has also served as a Principal Investigator for numerous clinical trials in the U.K. and international studies, such as the MoTD trial for allogeneic stem cell transplant recipients.
