Dr Vaishya is a pioneer in India for utilizing Patient Specific Instrumentation (PSI) in knee replacements. Additionally, he has a keen interest in Cartilage regeneration & restoration techniques such as Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation.

Dr Vaishya is highly regarded for his academic contributions in the field of Orthopaedics, with numerous publications and presentations worldwide.
