Dr. Nitin K Sethi, MD, MBBS, FAAN is a certified neurologist specializing in Clinical Neurology, Epilepsy, and Sleep Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), University of Delhi, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine (Diplomate of National Board, Internal Medicine) in India. Dr. Sethi further pursued his neurology residency at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, New York, and completed a fellowship in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York. He holds multiple diplomas, including Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology (ABCN) with expertise in Central Clinical Neurophysiology, Epilepsy Monitoring, and Intraoperative Monitoring, and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with added competency in Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine. Additionally, he is a Diplomate of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)/Association of Ringside Physicians (ARP) and a Certified Ringside Physician. Dr. Sethi is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN) and serves on the board of the Association of Ringside Physicians. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Professor of Neurology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center, and serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the New York State Athletic Commission.
