Dr. (Maj) Pankaj N Surange holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery as well as a master’s degree in anesthesiology. He is among the select few who are qualified as FIPP (Fellow Interventional Pain Practice) from Budapest, Hungary, and is certified in Interventional spine and pain from the world institute of pain (USA). Dr. Surange is recognized by numerous pain societies, both nationally and internationally, and is an esteemed member and fellow of these organizations. He serves as the chairperson of the world Institute pain (India chapter) and is the director of spine Interventions and Interventional pain management courses at IPSC, India. Recently appointed as an academic head at Symbiosis International University (SIU), Dr. Surange oversees courses in pain management. He is a sought-after speaker and faculty member at various national and international conferences, including hosting the prestigious Interventional pain conference, ICIPM 2012 at the All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. Dr. Surange is a founding member of the Musculoskeletal ultrasound society and an international member of the spine intervention society. His areas of expertise include minimally invasive interventions for PIVD/slipped disc, degenerated disc disease, spine-related pain, chronic and cancer pain, Neuralgias and Neuropathic pain, and rheumatic pain.
