He currently holds the position of Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at People Tree Hospitals in Chris, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Dr. Veerappa received his training from the esteemed PGI, Chandigarh in India, and has acquired several International Fellowships in locations such as New York, Germany, and Hong Kong, making him a seasoned Orthopaedic Surgeon.

His areas of expertise include Joint Replacement surgery, Shoulder Surgery, Arthroscopy (Key hole Surgery), and Sports injuries. Dr. Lokesh A Veerappa is recognized for performing the highest number of Acetabular fracture surgeries in South India and is one of the few fellowship-trained Shoulder Surgeons in Karnataka.

Dr. Lokesh A Veerappa is highly skilled in complex surgeries such as Revision Knee/Hip Replacements, Revision Acetabular and Shoulder Surgeries, and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty.
