After completing her postgraduate studies, she served as the Consultant and Director at Pushker Hospital in Jalna for 18 years. Subsequently, she pursued advanced training in fetal medicine at the renowned Mediscan system, under the guidance of Dr. Suresh, a pioneer in the field of fetal medicine in India.

Additionally, she collaborated with Dr. Gowri Shankar, another leading expert in fetal medicine training. Dr. Murkey possesses extensive expertise in various antenatal scans and invasive procedures, and she is committed to furthering her career in fetal medicine.
