Dr. Karthik Gunasekaran, MS, FRCS (Glasg), FIAGES (Gastro), FECSM (UK), FIMSA, F.UROGYN (USA), F.ANDRO, DCE, serves as a senior consultant specializing in Advanced Laser Surgery, Minimally Invasive Laparoscopy, Urology, and Men’s Health. He earned his MS in General Surgery from Madras Medical College and completed his FRCS at the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow. In 1998, he received the prestigious Prof Venugopal Gold Medal in Urology. Dr. Gunasekaran furthered his expertise with a Fellowship in Pelvic Floor Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in the United States.
His dedication to Urology and Men’s Health led him to train under Dr. Paul Turek at the Turek Clinic in the USA, focusing on Men’s Health and Andrology, as well as with Dr. Goldstein in San Diego, USA. He also holds a FECSM qualification in Sexology and Men’s Health from Oxford, UK, and an Embryology Diploma from Chettinad University.
