Dr. Harish Puranik, a Senior Consultant based in Bengaluru, has established a strong reputation for his expertise in Arthroscopy & Joint Replacements as well as SPORTS Medicine. He practices at Fortis Hospital in Richmond Town and at SPIRE Clinics in Bengaluru. Dr. Harish completed his post-graduation with a masters in Orthopedics in 2011. He furthered his training in Joint Replacements by obtaining a Fellowship in Hip and Knee Replacements from Puttlingen, Germany, and additional Inland Fellowships to enhance his skills in Arthroplasty. Continuing his education, he also completed a Fellowship in Arthroscopic Surgery at SPARSH Hospital in Bangalore. Dr. Harish’s passion for Sports Injuries led him to earn an MSc-Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales in the UK. He has received specialized training in Arthroscopic surgeries of the Shoulder from Macclesfield, Manchester, UK. With nearly a decade of experience, he has been actively involved in performing Joint Replacement and Arthroscopic surgeries. Dr. Harish has served as a lead surgeon at ‘SPORTHO’, a specialized center for managing SPORTS injuries and Arthroscopic surgeries at SPARSH Hospital, as well as a senior consultant at Hosmat Hospital in Bengaluru.
