Dr. Barani Rathinavelu completed his Orthopaedic Surgical training at the esteemed Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Pondicherry, India.
Following this, he pursued a fellowship in spine surgery at Christian Medical College Vellore (CMC). He further enhanced his expertise with specialized training in spinal deformities, geriatric spine surgeries, and minimally invasive spine techniques in South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Dr. Rathinavelu is actively involved in several international spine societies and has a strong passion for academic pursuits.
