Dr Apala Singh is a psychiatrist who possesses extensive clinical, teaching, and research experience. She completed her MBBS at the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, Lok Nayak Hospital, and GB Pant Hospital. Following this, she underwent postgraduate training at the Centre of Excellence in Mental Health, Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Dr Singh also completed her Senior Residency at GB Pant Hospital and GTB Hospital. She has authored numerous national and international publications and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatry, London, UK (MRCPsych). Dr Singh’s areas of expertise include Geriatric Psychiatry, Neuropsychiatry, and Adult Psychiatry. She strongly believes in utilizing lifestyle modifications and psychological approaches to address mental health issues in a comprehensive manner.
