Dr. Anil Varshney serves as the Director of the Institute of Minimally Invasive Urology at Max Hospital in Pitampura, New Delhi.
He completed his graduate and postgraduate studies at Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi, obtaining his Masters in General Surgery in 1985.
Dr. Anil Varshney pursued Urology under the guidance of Prof. B. S. Rana and has received numerous gold medals for his academic achievements.
He was sponsored by the Medical Council of India to pursue a Post Doctoral Course (Ph.D) in Moscow, where he conducted research on staghorn calculi at a 400-bedded Institute of Urology. This research was presented at the E.A.U conference in Genoa, Italy in 1990.
Dr. Anil Varshney has also visited various international centers of Urology and renal transplantation in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, England, Scotland, and Eastern European Countries.
He currently holds the position of President of the North Zone Chapter of the Urological Society of India.
