Dr. Amita completed her homeopathic studies, including an internship, at Bharti Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College in Pune in 2002. She acquired her homeopathic expertise under the esteemed mentorship of Dr. Kedar A. Longani. Additionally, she dedicated two years to volunteering with the National Service Scheme (NSS) during her academic tenure. For seven years, she served as a senior homeopathic consultant at Dr. Bakshi’s Bakson’s Homoeopathy.
Dr. Amita has also achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Administration and a Certificate in Quality Health Management from Apollo Medvarsity. She furthered her education by completing her postgraduate studies in Homeopathy in London, where she presented a thesis on allergic bronchitis. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the Woman of Excellence award in 2014 and the Arch of Excellence in Health Care for individual achievement and nation-building in 2015.
Dr. Amita is committed to promoting homeopathy as a safe and affordable treatment option for all. Her areas of expertise include providing lasting relief for respiratory conditions (such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis), skin disorders (including acne, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis), digestive issues (like colitis, IBS, and gastritis), and female health concerns, with a particular focus on child healthcare.
