Dr. Amit Garg has dedicated over twelve years to the field of mental health, focusing on the treatment of mental illness. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital in Delhi, a prestigious medical college in the region. Dr. Garg’s interest in mental health developed early in his medical education, leading him to excel in his postgraduate studies at Maulana Azad Medical College and Gobind Ballabh Bhai Pant Institute of Medical Education and Research, specializing in Psychiatry. Known for his compassionate and professional approach, he furthered his expertise through a Senior Residency and eventually became an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS). Dr. Garg has received recognition for his contributions to the field, including the Ravi Pandey Memorial Award for the best young Psychiatrist from the Delhi Psychiatric Society.
