Dr. Ameet Kishore graduated from the A.F.M.C (Pune) and received the ENT medal. He completed his advanced surgical training in ENT Surgery in the U.K and obtained Fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Kishore has specialized training in Microscopic Ear Surgery, Neuro-Otology, Cochlear Implants, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, and Paediatric ENT from various prestigious centers in the U.K, Europe, and the U.S.A. He has extensive experience in managing deafness and cochlear implantation, having trained at the National Centre for Cochlear Implantation (U.K) since 1995. Dr. Kishore is the lead surgeon for the cochlear and hearing implant program at Apollo Hospitals, with over 700 cochlear implant recipients. His team excels in managing complex cochlear situations and is the sole active program in North India for Auditory Brainstem Implantation. Additionally, the program offers Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (B.A.H.A), Bonebridge, and Vibrant Soundbridge middle ear implants for patients with hearing loss. Dr. Kishore is highly skilled in endoscopic nasal and sinus surgical procedures, including Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (F.E.S.S) and Balloon Sinuplasty. He also performs Advanced Endoscopic procedures such as Orbital Decompression, Optic Nerve Decompression, Dacryocystorhinostomy (D.C.R), Endoscopic Closure of C.S.F Leaks, and Endoscopic Pituitary Tumor Surgery.
