Dr. Abhijeet Joshi serves as a consultant at the N M Wadia Institute of Cardiology located on Sassoon Road in Pune. He possesses a diplomat qualification from the National Board of Cardiology in New Delhi.
Dr. Abhijeet Joshi earned his M.D. in general medicine and his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College in Aurangabad in 1990. In 2004, he furthered his expertise by completing overseas training at the Rouen Institute of Interventional Cardiology in France. Dr. Abhijeet Joshi has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences focused on interventional cardiology. Notable events include transcatheter therapeutics in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, as well as Euro PCR in Paris and Barcelona, Spain. He has also received specialized training in chronic total occlusion in New York and Belgium.
Additionally, Dr. Abhijeet Joshi served as the secretary of the Cardiology Society of India, Pune branch, during the 2008-09 term. He is a principal investigator in several multinational, multicentric clinical trials within the field of cardiology.
