Dr. Deepa Gupta serves as the Director and Partner at Lasik Laser Centre, Lall 20/20 Eye Care. She holds the position of Senior Consultant specializing in Cornea, Lasik, and Cataract Surgery at the Sector-45 and New Railway Road facilities. Dr. Gupta earned her MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, and completed her Master’s in Ophthalmology at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University. She underwent a comprehensive three-year super-specialty training as a Senior Resident in Cataract, Cornea, and Refractive Surgery at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Delhi.
Additionally, she has obtained her Diploma from the National Board and is a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology in the UK. Dr. Gupta has over five years of experience as a consultant in cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery at the Centre for Sight. She is proficient in performing various cataract surgeries, particularly no-injection, stitchless phacoemulsification with the implantation of diverse intraocular lenses. Her skills extend to corneal transplants, including lamellar procedures such as DALK and DSAEKs. Dr. Gupta’s extensive experience in refractive surgery encompasses customized LASIK, PRK, i-LASIK, SMILE procedures, and implantable contact lenses.
She is also knowledgeable in diagnosing and managing keratoconus, performing C3R, INTACS, and contact lens fittings, as well as treating corneal infections like microbial keratitis. Furthermore, she is adept at utilizing various lasers in ophthalmology and managing glaucoma. Her expertise includes all forms of corneal and refractive surgeries, as well as the treatment of dry eye and ocular surface disorders.
Dr. Deepa Gupta also conducts other corneal procedures such as pterygium excision, tattooing, BSK chelation, and the management of corneal perforations and lacerations. She is an active member of the Gurgaon Ophthalmological Society (GOS), Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS), and the All India Ophthalmological Society. Dr. Gupta has presented and published her research multiple times at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
