Dr. Saurabh Gupta holds a Master’s Degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from RGUHS College in Bangalore. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Manipal College of Dental Science in Manipal, India. Dr. Gupta is highly skilled in various surgical disciplines, including Digital and Laser Dentistry and Implantology. He is recognized both nationally and internationally as a lecturer and serves as the Board Member/Education Director of The International Academy of Ceramic Implantology, the first organization in the USA dedicated to metal-free implantology.
Dr. Gupta is an active member of The Zirconia Implant Research Group (ZIRG), a collective that leads and directs research in the field of metal-free implantology, providing valuable support to experienced and emerging clinicians in scientific and clinical research. He is an integral part of the Bio-ceramic Division at The American Ceramic Society in Ohio, USA. Additionally, he collaborates with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore, contributing to significant Research and Development projects.
As an ambassador and fellow at The Cleaning Implant Foundation in Germany, Dr. Gupta plays a crucial role in evaluating the quality and cleanliness of implant surfaces available in the commercial market. He also serves on the advisory board for The Journal of Oral Ceramic Implantology. Furthermore, he serves as a clinical specialist at COHO Biotechnology in Taiwan.
Currently, Dr. Gupta is actively engaged in multiple research studies, with a primary focus on digital dentistry and implant materials.
