Dr. Manu Bora completed his MBBS at S.N. Medical College in Jodhpur and earned his M.S. in Orthopedics from Grant Medical College in Mumbai. He underwent Senior Residency at the Sports Injury Centre, Safdarjung Hospital, and pursued fellowships in Shoulder Surgery at Istituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan, Italy, Sports Medicine and Arthroplasty at Hospital Ambroise Pare in Paris, and Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
Additionally, he completed a fellowship in Regenerative Orthopaedics in Munich, Germany. Dr. Bora specializes in arthroscopic surgeries involving the knee, shoulder, and ankle, as well as sports medicine. He is among the few surgeons in the Delhi NCR region who perform All Inside ACL/PCL reconstruction using Fibre Tape internal bracing. His expertise also extends to regenerative medicine, cartilage transplantation, multi-ligament knee surgeries, and complex shoulder procedures. Dr. Bora has presented at numerous orthopedic and sports medicine conferences and has a keen interest in developing injury prevention programs for various sports teams. His professional memberships include the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the Asian Arthroscopy Society, the Indian Orthopedic Association, the Indian Arthroscopy Society, the Indian Association of Sports Medicine, the Indian Federation of Sports Medicine, and the Delhi Orthopaedics Association.
His procedural expertise encompasses All Inside ACL/PCL reconstruction with Fiber Tape internal bracing, percutaneous cartilage, ligament, and tendon regeneration, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff and Bankart repair, knee arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, cartilage transplantation, and surgeries for fractures and musculoskeletal trauma, as well as knee and hip replacements.
